§ 1. General provisions.

§ 2. Legal basis.
1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection data), then "RODO".

§ 3. User's rights
1. The User has the right to:
a) Access your personal data,
b) The right to rectify personal data,
c) The right to delete personal data,

§ 4. Purposes of processing personal data

ADO processes your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Fulfilment of the user's order,
2. Contact with the user,
3. Complaint and statements regarding withdrawal from the contract

§ 5. Processing of personal data in order to fulfil a user's order

1. In order to fulfil the order, the user must provide the following data on the order form: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address.
2. The basis for the processing of the above data is the implementation of the contract.
3. ADO may contact by phone or electronically with the user in order to perform the contract.
4. Providing data is voluntary, however, the lack of providing them will prevent ADO from completing the order.
5. Personal data will be processed for the duration of the order and then for the duration of the user's right to complain and exercise the right of withdrawal.

§ 6. Processing of personal data for the purpose of processing complaints and the right to withdraw from the contract.

1. In order to process a complaint or a right of withdrawal, the user must provide the following data on the order form: name, surname, address and e-mail address, telephone number, and bank account number.
2. The basis for the processing of the above the ADO's compliance with its legal obligation to process a complaint or a right of withdrawal
3. Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to provide them will prevent the user from exercising the right to complain or withdraw from the contract.
4. User's personal data is archived for evidence purposes.
§ 7. Processing of personal data in order to contact the user

1. By contacting the ADO, the user provides him with his e-mail address and personal data that may be in the body of the message.
2. Providing personal data is voluntary.
3. The basis for the processing of data is the user's consent.
4. User's personal data is archived.

§ 8. Providing personal data and entrusting
1. ADO does not sell users' personal data to any third parties.
2. Upon request from authorized bodies or institutions including state bodies or institutions, ADO will provide personal data to these authorities or institutions.
3. ADO entrusts the processing of personal data of users to the following entities:

b) Comarch Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Krakow, Aleja Jana Pawła II 39a entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście, in Krakow, 19th Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000057567, Tax ID No: 6770065406, REGON : 010771280 - for issuing accounting documents
c) CONTAB Sp. z o.o., ul. Lwowska 17, 38-400 Krosno - in order to use accounting services.
d) UPS Polska "sp. o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Prądzyńskiego 1/3, 01-222 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000036680, NIP: 5221004200, REGON: 010771280 - for the purpose of deliveries
e) Shoplo limited liability company, based in Warsaw (00-189) at ul. Inflancka 4C entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 417586, holding NIP 5213630420, represented by Patryk Pawlikowski - President of the Management Board

4. ADO entrusts the above data on the basis of contracts entrusting the processing of personal data to entities.

§ 9. Internal documentation

Caring for personal data of ADO users has implemented internal documentation regarding the protection of personal data.

§ 10. Cookies

1. The store does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files.
2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookie files on the User's terminal device and obtaining access to them is the Store operator or ADO.
4. Cookies are used to:
a) adaptation of the content of the Store websites to the User's preferences and optimization of the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the Store User and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
b) create statistics that help to understand how Shop Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
c) maintaining the Website User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his login and password on every subpage of the Website;
5. As part of the Store, two basic types of cookies are used: "session" and "persistent" cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
6. The following types of cookies are used as part of the Store:
a) "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website,
b) cookies used to ensure security,
c) "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of Website pages;
d) "functional" cookies, allowing "remembering" the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface,
e) "advertising" cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
7. The basis for the use of cookies by ADO is the user's consent.
8. ADO also saves the server logs, i.e. the IP address, date and time, information about the system and the browser used.
